• Contact us right after ordering with your order number to flag it as a custom order.
• Provide your exact wrist measurement (for watch straps). Wrap a tape measure around where you usually wear your watch, without including the watch face. A quick photo with the tape measure is even better!
• Share your watch model (e.g., 38mm, 40mm, 45mm) for the best fit.
